Let our professional management team guide you through your storage experience. Our managers are on site daily from 8:30 AM until 6:00 PM Monday through Saturday, ready to assist you in the following tasks:

• Choosing the right size unit for your needs. We have sizes from 25 to 525 square feet. With an understanding of what you have to store and how plan to use the space, we can suggest the right size for you.
• Choosing the right type of unit. Our standard units provide a clean, dry, secure, easily accessible space to keep your belongings. But many customers want another level of protection – climate control. Our staff can help you decide what is right for your situation and what you have to store.
• Choosing the right payment option for you. Depending on your situation, you may wish to take advantage of our automatic credit card payment plan. Or perhaps you would like to pay for a full year in advance and get the 13 month for free. Maybe you don’t have a credit card and you wish to be billed monthly. Whatever your situation, we can help you choose the best payment option.
• Show you to your unit. Our manager will show you the exact unit you’ll be using so you’ll know exactly where to go.
• Help with your moving company. If you’re coming to Albany from out of town, you may have a moving company assisting you. Our managers are on site to help direct them to your unit even if you can’t be here when the movers come.
• Understanding the rental agreement. The self-storage rental agreement is a lengthy document. Our manager can summarize it for you and answer any questions you have regarding the agreement.
• Help you with moving and packing supplies. We have lots of supplies, locks, boxes, tape, packing peanuts, mattress covers, and specialty packing items. Let our manager suggest what may help you protect your belongings in the moving and storage process.
